1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using the Imigrando website, the triage chat and the guided assessment, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the services.

2. What Imigrando is

Imigrando is a Canadian immigration consultancy. Binding legal guidance on your case can only be given by licensed professionals: a lawyer admitted to the Law Society of Ontario or an immigration consultant licensed by the CICC. A client-professional relationship is formed only by signing a specific service agreement. No content on the site, the chat or the guided assessment, on its own, creates a client-professional relationship.

3. Free tools: triage chat and guided assessment

The triage chat and the guided assessment are automated, free tools that are informational and educational in nature. They help you understand, in general terms, which pathways may make sense and obtain an estimated CRS score range. They do not constitute legal advice, are not an individual analysis of your case, and the results are not guaranteed. The CRS range is an estimate, not the official score.

4. Immigration outcomes

Immigration decisions depend on government authorities and individual circumstances that are outside Imigrando's control. We do not guarantee approval, timelines or any specific outcome.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, not to submit false, offensive or third-party content without authorization, not to attempt to compromise the security of the site, and not to misuse the automated tools.

6. Intellectual property

The site content, texts, brand and materials are owned by or licensed to Imigrando and may not be copied or reused without written authorization.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and the free tools are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Imigrando is not liable for indirect damages or damages arising from the use of information provided by the automated tools. You are responsible for how you use that information.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The revised version will be posted on this page with the update date. Continued use of the site after posting means you agree to the changes.
