Imigrando is a Canadian immigration consultancy based in Ontario, Canada. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your information when you use our website, the triage chat and the free guided assessment.

- Contact data: name, email, phone and the message you send when you complete the contact form or request a consultation.

3. The triage chat and guided assessment are anonymous
The triage chat and the free guided assessment are designed not to collect personal or sensitive data. The automated assistant does not ask for your full name, documents, passport number or identifiable details of your case. We ask that you also do not share that kind of information in these tools. If you want your case handled on an identified basis, the correct channel is direct contact with the team.
4. How we use your information
We use the information to respond to your requests, provide and improve our services, process payments where applicable, comply with legal obligations and communicate with you about your service.
